1.1.2 Within 14 days from the date of purchase, any performance failure caused by the quality of the product itself under normal operating conditions, such as unrepaired, can be replaced with the same type of product or repair service.
1.1.3 Free of charge repair service shall be provided by the Company within one (1) year commencing from the date of sales invoice. Valid Sales invoice must be issued by authorized resellers or affixed with model and serial number label printed by authorized distributors.
1.1.4 During the warranty period, no free of charge repair service shall be provided in the event of violation of any Repair Service Terms and Conditions . In this case repair charges shall be separately quoted by the Repair Service Centre or no repair service will be provided. Any self repairs, damage done to the product or its accessories due to exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, use in violation of instructions and alternation shall be considered as a violation of Repair Service Terms and Conditions.
1.1.5 The Global Trade reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to use any refurbished (instead of brand-new) components in providing the repair service and charge the customers corresponding component fees according to the quotation.
1.1.6 Within three years from the date of purchase, the product has a performance failure and can enjoy a fee-based repair service.
1.1.7 The above warranty or repair is limited to the failure of electrical components, excluding human factors, such as screen rupture, water ingress, etc.
1.1.8 All parts changed by Repair Service Centre shall be covered by a free one-month warranty service from the date when the repairs are completed (limited to same defect which is not caused by human factors).
1.2.1 A faulty machine that is disassembled and repaired without the permission of Global Trade.
1.2.2 Faulty or damaged malfunctioning machine caused by human factors or in an unspecified environment, such as being too humid or dry, high temperature, unstable voltage or current, excessive zero ground voltage, etc.
1.2.3 Damage caused by accident or improper, including machine infusion, rupture, collision, abnormal insertion and removal, pests, etc.; natural consumption, including casing, natural consumption of connector parts, wear and aging; damage caused by force majeure, such as Natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes.
1.2.4 After being identified as a fault machine not produced by the company.
1.3.1 Users need to contact our after-sales department in advance to determine whether they are in the scope of warranty, whether it is a fault, the cause of the fault, etc.
1.3.2 The user shall provide the purchase certificate (invoice or receipt), the warranty card that is consistent with the barcode of the machine, fill out the maintenance application form (downloaded on the official website), and send it back to our maintenance department together with the equipment;
1.3.3 Due to the special properties of the product screen, non-screen repair equipment, please ensure that the screen is intact and reinforced before the repair, to avoid damage on the way, our company does not bear the free maintenance of the products that receive the damaged screen;
1.3.4 Sending repairs only provide the machine and the above-mentioned requirements. Do not send accessories such as earphones and adapters with the equipment. If there is any loss, our company will not be liable for compensation;
1.3.5 Please backup the data yourself before sending the repair, and the data will be lost due to maintenance. Our company is not responsible for it;
